A Taste-Infused Bang!

For our first-ever review on Revewdle, we knew we had to start with something special. And what better way than with Prima Taste Singapore Laksa La Mian? This isn’t just any instant noodle—it’s a rich, indulgent, and incredibly authentic experience that sets a high bar for packaged ramen.

Both Solenne and I loved this one, and trust me, that says a lot—this was the first instant noodle that truly converted her into a ramen lover!

Cooking & First Impressions

We followed the packet instructions to the letter but couldn’t resist adding some of our own flair. We topped it off with pak choi for freshness, a soft-boiled egg for that luscious yolk, and a drizzle of crispy chilli oil to enhance the heat. The aroma alone was enough to transport me back to the hawker centres of Singapore, where I first fell in love with laksa.

Taste & Texture

The first spoonful? Absolute heaven. The broth is unbelievably creamy, coating every strand of the silky noodles in a rich, coconut-infused hug. Having lived in Singapore, I’ve eaten my fair share of laksa straight from the bustling hawker centres, and this brings back all those memories. The bold, slightly seafood-forward broth, the lingering spice, and the rich, creamy texture—it’s all there. If you’re after an authentic laksa experience without the plane ticket, this is it.

Final Verdict

10/10. No hesitation. It’s hard to see how other instant noodles can even compete with this level of quality. This is not your average instant ramen—it’s a full-blown gourmet experience in a bowl. Whether you’re a laksa veteran or a total newbie like Solenne was, this one is a must-try.
